Irrigations Manifolds
We build and install custom irrigation manifold systems that bring the valves for multiple underground irrigation lines together at one central location at the well site. The system uses high-pressure gear-drive valves to control water flow to each individual line, eliminating the need for traditional valved risers and air vents throughout the field.
One of the main advantages of this setup is that the valve is located before the underground pipe, so the underground lines do not remain under pressure when they are not in use putting less stress on the system. This also makes repairs simpler and less expensive. If a riser needs repair, only the individual line feeding that riser needs to be closed and drained rather than shutting the well down and draining the entire underground system.
The system uses standard aluminum 90° risers in the field, which are significantly less expensive to replace than traditional valved risers. (These systems can also be NRCS Approved as seen in the bottom picture)
